Based on our past experience, we know it becomes quite hectic to meet at the event, and the organizer gets tied up with phone calls, texts, etc. because we cannot find each other. So if you can please volunteer to be an assistant organizer, share your phone numbers with those who RSVP'ed and take their calls and/or texts, please let me know. Thank you very much!
